Both with substantial histories in underground music, as ravers, DJs, and MCs, DTM (DJ Klaim and J Mak) offer a unique outlook and passion for music. Having both blessed the FM airwaves collectively and individually for many years in the legendary UK Garage scene of the mid 90s to mid 2000s, DTM are ready to show their true passion for the underground with their commitment to Dubstep and 140bpm based music. With guest mix appearances on London’s iconic Rinse FM and continued guest mixes on the UKs ever popular Kiss FM, they continue to push the sound they love.

Representing Belfast, Northern Ireland, Violentlyill is a Hip Hop producer, DJ and label head/frontman of Ill Records. Producing jazz influenced and soulfully chopped boom bap Hip Hop beats, his record crates resemble just that. With ‘Dusty Crates’, Violentlyil’s monthly show on Mode London, expect to hear that nostalgic 90s Golden era sound.

Mode resident D has been dj’ing Drum & Bass for 30 years… A proper old skool DJ, and an original lover of the genre. Starting his radio career on Pulse FM & Origin FM in the early 1990’s, D has been representing the various styles of Drum & Bass at Mode for the last 2 years.

DJ EMM

DJ Emm, the founder of BassPass blog, started her DJ career in 2018. She’s been involved in the British music scene for a decade now, having moved to London from Slovenia. After exploring the exciting underground musical happenings in the UK as a freelance journalist, she began to express herself as a DJ. Her style now incorporates British bass music genres such as drill, grime, UK funky and combining those with other worldwide genres like dancehall, baile funk, future r&b and more.
